A NEW TRANSPORTATION SERVICE CONNECTING LAKE COUNTY RESIDENTS WITH MEDICAL PROVIDERS IN DEER PARK/ST. HELENA, NAPA, SANTA ROSA, UKIAH, & WILLITS
Many Lake County residents are referred outside the county for specialized medical care. Santa Rosa is one of the main places to which people are referred. For those who lack transportation, this presents a significant challenge since there is no easy way to get there from Lake County.
Medi-Links has been developed as a shared ride service to provide non-emergency medical transportation to Deer Park/St. Helena, Napa, Santa Rosa, Ukiah, and Willits. Service is available Monday through Friday.
HOW TO USE MEDI-LINKS
ADVANCE RESERVATIONS are at least 7 days prior to appointment date/time based on availability. Reservations can be made 5 days per week (Monday thru Friday), 8:00 am to 4:00 pm.
When making appointments, please as your doctor or medical facility for an estimate of how long your appointment may take. This will help with scheduling.

FARES: $10 one-way. $20 round trip. If needed, a personal care attendant may ride at no charge. Fares may be paid in advance with a credit or debit card. Otherwise, cash payment is due at boarding.
PICKUP: Passengers are expected to be ready to board at the scheduled time/location. The driver will wait a maximum of 5 minutes past the scheduled departure time. No-shows may jeopardize eligibility or future trips.
